We operate the website https://roadgames.eu (the “Site”), as well as any other related products and services that refer or link to these legal terms (collectively, the “Services”).

These Legal Terms constitute a legally binding agreement made between you, whether personally or on behalf of an entity (“you”), and Road Games International, concerning your access to and use of the Services. By accessing the Services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these Legal Terms.

IF YOU DO NOT AGREE WITH ALL OF THESE LEGAL TERMS, YOU ARE EXPRESSLY PROHIBITED FROM USING THE SERVICES AND YOU MUST DISCONTINUE USE IMMEDIATELY.

RETURN POLICY

All return requests must be authorized by Road Games International. Please contact us at [email protected] within 14 days of receiving your item to initiate a return.

Returned items must:

Include a valid Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number provided by us.
Be in the same condition as received, with original packaging.
Be returned at your expense unless otherwise stated.

We reserve the right to reject returns not meeting the above criteria. Approved returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Products showing signs of misuse or tampering will not be accepted.

GOVERNING LAW

These Legal Terms are governed by the laws of North Macedonia, and any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Skopje unless otherwise required by applicable law.
